An Important Addition To Our Mission Statement
The mission of Community Bible Study is to make disciples of Jesus Christ in our communities through caring, in-depth Bible study, available to all. This has been CBS's mission statement for years. However, now as we walk through the process of welcoming Community Bible Study International back into the immediate family as it once was in 1991, we find it necessary to add two very important words for clarity internationally. Our Board of Trustees voted unanimously to add the full title of our Savior to our statement. Our mission now reads: The mission of Community Bible Study is to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in our communities through caring, in-depth Bible study, available to all.
