MINISTRY WIDE DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING
But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear. For truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it … Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, “Behold, your salvation comes; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.” And they shall be called the Holy People, The Redeemed of the LORD; and you shall be called Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken …
As for you also, because of the blood of my covenant with you, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit. Return to your stronghold, O prisoners of hope; today I declare that I will restore to you double … On that day the LORD their God will save them, as the flock of His people; for like the jewels of a crown they shall shine on His land … “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.” The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord … let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near … looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God …
“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Precious Heavenly Father,
We come to You, in prayer and fasting, individually and corporately as a ministry, taking our eyes off everything and everyone but You. We bow down before You in worship and adoration. With all our hearts, we give thanks for Your Son who has given us Life in His Name. Jesus is our portion and our deliverance. Today, as we wait for Him to return, we behold Him as our King and risen Savior. With all that we are, we worship You today. Amen.
CBS has ministries in a number of countries that are hostile to Christians. For the safety of our leaders and participants we may not indicate where ministry is happening and instead refer to the ministry in an “undisclosed country.”
