Prayer Blog

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead,  I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14

Praise God for the 45 leaders who were recently trained in an undisclosed country in the Middle East/North Africa Region. Please pray that they will have boldness as they return to their communities and implement all that they have learned.

Praise God with the Philly Metro Zone for classes with a full slate of leaders and for how the Leaders Council members are coming together and sharing from their hearts as they get to know each other better. Please also pray with the Philly Metro Zone that the Lord will bless and uphold all their new leaders as they grow in their leadership roles.

Praise God for growth in Ethnos Core Groups in the North American Region this fall.  Please ask the Lord to provide more bilingual, servant-hearted Core Leaders to serve them.

Please pray for CBS Ambassadors as they visit classes in Italy this month. Pray for the opportunity to share CBS Connect with the leadership and for an encouraging time together.

Please pray with the Southern California Zone for more participants from their Host Churches to join a CBS class and for God’s blessings to be upon their Host Churches as they are grateful for their hospitality.

Please pray that classes in the Northeast Texas and North Louisiana Zone would align themselves with God and would pray with boldness and expectation that their prayers will be answered. (1 John 5:14)

Please pray for a translator as they work on lessons for the CBS family in Mongolia.

Please pray for God’s chosen leaders to be identified and trained in the Spoken CBS method to reach people in the rainforest of Madagascar.

Please pray that God will continue to provide for the leadership needs in the Western Pennsylvania and Ohio Zone. Pray for patience to wait on those the Lord is calling and give them ears to hear.

Please pray for the Spirit of the Lord to be with CBS leaders and participants around the world who are not free to openly follow Jesus. Pray that they will be empowered by the Lord to stand in the face of opposition and hold fast to the hope of their eternal reward in Christ Jesus.
