… So again have I purposed in these days to bring good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah; fear not. These are the things that you shall do: Speak the truth to one another; render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace; do not devise evil in your hearts against one another, and love no false oath, for all these things I hate, declares the Lord.” (Zech 8:15-17)
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness and to walk humbly with your God? The voice of the Lord cries to the city — and it is sound wisdom to fear your name…(Micah 6:8-9a)
For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding; he stores up sound wisdom for the upright; he is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints. (Prov 2:6-8)
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (John 14:27)

Father, as Community Bible Study comes before You on this day of prayer and fasting, we call upon You to give us courage and peace as we serve and follow You. Your plans are perfect, Lord, and in all Your ways You are good. Enable us to discern Your plans so we may walk faithfully in the paths You set before us. We ask for Your wisdom to be known throughout the ministry to accomplish Your will as we seek to make disciples of Your Son, Jesus Christ, in our communities around the world. We pray in the most precious Name of Jesus ~ Amen.
