So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:10

Praise God for the three CBS trainings held recently in an unnamed country in the East Asia-Pacific Region. These gatherings were attended by many church leaders from different denominations, with very positive feedback where there is now visible enthusiasm.

Praise God for the growth of the CBS Children & Youth ministry in Togo and three other undisclosed countries in the Sub-Saharan Africa Region. Pray for the teachers as they prepare for the September school start and that students will be engaged and touched by the Holy Spirit.

Praise God for His protection during the earthquakes in Guatemala and for allowing the CBS family to be of support to those suffering. Please pray for God’s continued provision and blessing during this challenging time.

Praise God for the Host Churches in the Mountain States Zone who give freely of their facilities to partner with and support CBS through their generosity and prayers.

Praise the Lord for providing fruitful working relationships with each of the host churches in the Northeast Texas & Northern Louisiana Zone. May they be blessed for their support of Community Bible Study.

Please pray for unity for each Servants Team member in the Georgia Zone, that they would clearly hear the Holy Spirit’s guidance and wisdom as they encounter various trials within their classes this year.

Pray with the Philly Metro Zone that more men will join our classes. Prayers also for our Next-Gen ministry, especially the class which has no children signed up so far.

Please pray for the Agape Writing Team as they begin writing the lessons and teaching helps for next year. According to Psalm 90:17, ”Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands.”

Please pray for CBS leaders and participants who have been separated from their families and communities due to persecution for their faith. Pray they trust in the Lord and hold fast to the Gospel knowing that nothing can separate them from God’s love.
