Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith…  Hebrews 12:1

Praise God for the many Spoken CBS groups that have begun this year on account of numerous trainings that have taken place this year; Malawi alone began 43 groups with over 1,000 participants using the Chichewa language, and in another unnamed country in Sub-Saharan Africa, groups launched in the spring and reports 16 classes with 212 participants.

Praise God for a new CBS class beginning in the South Island of New Zealand. Please pray that the two classes meeting in this area will flourish and that participants will continue to be faithful in the study of God’s Word.

The Canada zone praises God for the growing unity among our shepherd leaders and class members, and that in-person core groups and those meeting online are building community as we apply Psalms’ great truths to our lives.

Praise the Lord for bringing more participants and children into our classes in the North Carolina East Zone. Please pray the study of Psalms will be a light to their path and a balm to their hearts.

Please pray NextGen leaders and all CBS leaders would shepherd their participants well and make them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Please pray for God’s wisdom to find ways we can continue to reach out to our community, including Ethnos, young adults, youth, and children in the Los Angeles and Hawaii Zone.
Please pray with the Philly Metro Zone for several much-needed leaders in a co-ed class as the class continues to grow. Please pray that Northern Plains classes will continue to glorify God and encourage participants as they grow in their walk with God.

Please pray that God would open doors for the possibility of a new ASK class in San Marcos in the South Central Texas Zone.

Please pray that the CBS leaders in Uruguay would be instruments in God’s hands, continuing to teach His Word in more neighborhoods across Uruguay. Pray for additional small groups to form so that the Word of God is widely available and His name is glorified.

Please pray for a home church group meeting in Portugal that is interested in using the Children & Youth materials for their group. Pray also for God’s provision for more lessons to be translated into Portuguese.

Please pray for CBS leaders and participants who have been separated from their families and communities due to persecution for their faith. Pray they trust in the Lord and hold fast to the Gospel knowing that nothing can separate them from God’s love.
