Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith…  Hebrews 12:1

Praise God for the persistence of our participants in the North Carolina East Zone as they allow God’s Word to impact their hearts and minds, working through some long Psalms with perseverance! “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

Praise God for the three children who received Jesus into their hearts during a CBS class in Honduras.

Praise God for the good bonding and sharing that is being experienced with the LC and CGs in the Philly Metro zone.

Praise the Lord for continuing to provide called leaders in the Southeast Texas and Southern Louisiana Zone. Please pray that class participants will volunteer to serve where needed and find great joy in serving.

Praise God for the opportunity to introduce CBS to a group that handles a large network of churches in Thailand. Please pray that God would pave the way for this collaboration so that many would be able to study God’s Word and be transformed for His glory.

Please pray that all children and youth in the Orange Inland California Zone would feel loved and secure, growing in their faith in Jesus as they study the Psalms. Pray for every teacher to nurture the faith of their students with the wisdom of God.

Please pray for members in the Philly Metro Zone that are recovering from surgeries and illness; that they will have complete healing and the peace of God as they go through these trying times.

Please pray for two leader trainings scheduled for next month in Finland. Pray also for a church that will soon host its first CBS group.

Please pray for a CBS training to be held next month in an unnamed country in the Middle East/North Africa Region. Pray that the 20 trainees will engage fully in the training as they learn through storytelling, drama and Bible study.

Please pray for CBS leaders and participants who have been separated from their families and communities due to persecution for their faith. Pray they trust in the Lord and hold fast to the Gospel knowing that nothing can separate them from God’s love.
