Prayer Blog

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 3:13-14

Praise God for providing a new prayer chair mid-year in a U.S. class.

Please pray that all leaders and participants of CBS in the U.S. would be “rooted and built up in him.” (Colossians 2:7) We have a strong foundation, and we want to finish the second half of the year as strong as the first half.

Please pray that the CBS leaders in the Philippines are united, fostering trust, shared purpose, and spiritual growth.

Please pray for the planning of a March weekend in Scotland, as churches from across the country gather to participate in Children & Youth CBS training.

Please pray for wisdom, health, and grace for the new ministry Coordinator in an undisclosed Sub-Saharan African country, as well as unity and teamwork within the national leadership. Ask God for protection, peace, and courage for all affected during this time of turmoil.

Please pray for God’s wisdom and guidance as CBS regional leaders meet in an unnamed country in the Middle East/North Africa Region. Pray that their time together will be an encouragement as they begin the new year.

Please pray that God would raise up more leaders for the CBS groups in Uruguay. Pray that the ministry would expand to new areas within the country, with more families opening their homes to study the Word.

Please pray for opportunities to begin new Children & Youth classes in Cambodia. Pray for the Lord’s wisdom in reaching the children and youth.

Please pray for a participant in a CBS class in Germany who is seeking the Lord and desires to become a child of God.

Please pray for the protection of the CBS leaders and participants in the many countries hostile to Christians. Ask God to strengthen them and encourage them to persevere in spite of persecution.
