Praise God for the successful Spoken CBS training that took place in a confidential country in the Sub-Saharan Africa Region and the 16 new Spoken classes that have begun. Please pray for wisdom and faithfulness for leaders as they establish these groups and help others grow in God’s Word.

Praise God for the successful launch of Vacation Bible School in Trinidad and Tobago and the opportunity to share God’s love utilizing CBS materials with more than 350 children. Please pray that each child would be transformed by His Word and that God would strengthen and encourage the volunteers and leaders serving throughout the outreach.

Please pray that the Lord will show the CBS Connect Leadership in North America the new members He is calling to join their team to accommodate both current growth and the growth anticipated in the year ahead. May these leaders have a passion for the study of God’s Word and a genuine love for God’s people. Pray that the Lord will continue to open doors for CBS Connect and provide the wisdom, resources and faith needed to walk through those doors as He leads.

Please pray for the protection and growth of CBS classes in a country not named here for security reasons in the East Asia-Pacific Region.

Please pray as plans are being made for the CBS Ireland retreat in October. Pray that He would draw many to attend and that the participants would experience a meaningful time of renewal, fellowship, and deep engagement with God’s Word.

Please pray for the Spirit of the Lord to be with CBS leaders and participants around the world who are not free to openly follow Jesus. Pray that they will be empowered by the Lord to stand in the face of opposition and hold fast to the hope of their eternal reward in Christ Jesus.
