Psalm 28:7-9
The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,
and with my song I praise him.
The Lord is the strength of his people,
a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
Save your people and bless your inheritance;
be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Father, in You alone we find our salvation. You are our strength, our refuge, and our sure foundation. Draw us deeper into a joy that cannot be shaken – a joy rooted not in circumstances, but in knowing You. May praise rise naturally from our lives as we remember Your goodness, mercy, and steadfast love toward us. Help us to utterly depend on You as our fortress when we feel weak, our shield when we feel afraid, and our steady hope when the road ahead is unclear.
You are our Good Shepherd.
Give us hearts that listen for Your voice and feet that follow in obedience, no matter where the path leads.
