Prayer Blog

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14

CBS Canada is grateful and honored to host the Global Servants’ Team gathering in Toronto on November 6. May all who attend be encouraged, edified, and equipped to advance the Kingdom work of CBS worldwide (Philippians 1:3–5).

Praise God for the North America Resource Management team that worked exceptionally hard this summer. Pray that they experience joy, deep refreshment, and rejuvenation during their vacation times.

Please pray that God will open doors across Uruguay for more people, especially the next generation, to study His Word, grow in Christ, and share the hope of the Gospel with others.

Please pray for the faithful CBS leaders serving in prisons across Guyana. Ask God to encourage and strengthen them as they minister to inmates, provide the resources needed to reproduce lessons, supply Bibles for participants, and use His Word to transform lives.

Please pray for an extended discipleship training program being developed in collaboration with a Christian organization for believers in a protected location in the Middle East/North Africa, using the CBS curriculum as its foundation.

Please pray for renewed dedication among leaders in an unnamed country in the Sub-Saharan Africa Region. Pray also for God’s provision of both the people and resources needed for the ministry, and for lasting peace and stability in the country.

Please pray for ministry visits in a secure location in the South Asia Region. Ask the Lord to open doors for meaningful collaboration with churches and ministries, grant favor with ministry leaders, and use these connections to establish new CBS groups and create lasting opportunities for growth through the study of His Word.

Please pray for CBS leaders and participants studying the Bible in prisons around the world. Pray for them to know the grace and mercy of God as their lives are transformed through the study of His Word.
