Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10 NIV

Praise God for Farsi and Arabic-speaking CBSI classes in France.

Please pray for wisdom, creativity, and stamina for the Ministry Team preparing the first virtual Leadership Training that will be rolled out May 1, 2020.  Pray for those who will be training in this new way, praise God that He is doing a new thing and that He would  provide rivers of blessings in it.

Please pray for an end to the spread of the coronavirus and for CBS leaders and aparticipants who are suffering around the world. Pray for confident hope in God’s plans as Isaiah 25:1 proclaims – “O LORD, You are my God; I will exalt You and praise Your name, for in perfect faithfulness You have done marvelous things, things planned long ago.”

Please pray for God to raise up faithful and steadfast national leaders for the CBSI ministry in eSwatini.

Please pray for the Lord to raise up all needed leadership for the Manchester, New Hampshire day class so that they are able to enter the fall season strongly established and ready for future growth as the Lord leads.

Please pray that the CBS mission would attract many more people that need to develop a stronger relationship with Jesus.

Please pray for connections made at a Malta conference to open doors for CBSI in surrounding countries.

Please pray that all CBS class participants will be devoted to the Lord and His Word while they are homebound and that they will fully participate in the new ways that their classes are meeting.

Please pray with the Hagerstown, Maryland evening coed Prayer Group that they will hear clearly from the Holy Spirit on inviting people to join the Prayer Group and that they would be able to continue joining together in prayer over the next few months.

Please pray for the CBS ministry in the country of the day: Cameroon

Why Pray?

Prayer is the first CBS core value. We pray because:
- God tells us to pray
- Prayer builds our relationship with Jesus
- God responds to our prayers

CBS leaders frequently pray using the A.C.T.S. acrostic:
- Adoration or Praise
- Confession of Our Sins
- Thanksgiving for God's grace, mercy, and provision
- Supplication or Petition for our and others needs
