Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10 NIV

Praise God for increasing Arabic-speaking classes in the Middle East/North Africa Region.

Please pray for God to watch over prisoners and open doors for InPrison & Beyond Ministry participants to share the reason for their hope with fearful inmates and guards. Please pray that the Word of God would be sought after like never before.

Please pray for the comfort, peace and hope of Jesus Christ for CBS leaders and participants around the world as families and communities are affected by the coronavirus.  Pray they remember the promise of God in Isaiah 41:10-“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you,  I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Please pray for the smallest to the oldest child in CBS Children & Youth classes to be equipped to be missionaries to go and make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Please join the Banning, California coed day class in praying for CBS participants to stay in God’s Word and protection over all from this virus.

Please pray for God to raise up a new Coordinator for the Coppell, Texas evening class.

Please pray for all the Regional CBSI Teams as they work to adjust plans due to the effects from the Coronavirus.

Please pray for the Sacramento, California evening class leadership decisions and as they meet for their study of Colossians. Pray for them to finish the year strong in faith, in love and service to God, and in care and concern for each other over the summer.

Please pray for  Ethnos Ministry Core Leaders to clearly hear God’s voice if He is calling them to serve again next year and for the class Servants Teams to identify new Ethnos Core Leaders.

Please pray for the CBS ministry in the country of the day: Chile

Why Pray?

Prayer is the first CBS core value. We pray because:
- God tells us to pray
- Prayer builds our relationship with Jesus
- God responds to our prayers

CBS leaders frequently pray using the A.C.T.S. acrostic:
- Adoration or Praise
- Confession of Our Sins
- Thanksgiving for God's grace, mercy, and provision
- Supplication or Petition for our and others needs
