I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works.  Psalm 145:5 NKJV

Praise the Lord for what He has done to guide the strategic planning efforts for CBS and pray that He will continue to reveal His will to the teams still working to prepare CBS for the future.

Praise God for new ethnically diverse core groups and for three remote co-ed core groups in Canada. Please pray for more heart language core groups as well as remote groups to be started.

Praise the Lord that the students of Lee County, Alabama eTeen are thriving. The students have been open and transparent with one another and with their core group leaders as they learn to navigate life with Jesus.

Praise the Lord for a strong start and many participants, new and old, in the Pennsylvania East 3 area day classes.

Please pray for the new CBSI groups in Ukraine.

Please pray that the CBS Curriculum Team experiences God’s continued provision as they oversee multiple projects, develop new courses and revise existing ones.

Please pray for unity among the leaders serving in Egypt as they work to shepherd surrounding countries.

Please pray for the Lord to provide new leaders for the Lower Merion, Main-Line Philadelphia, and Willow Grove Pennsylvania classes, for the Lord to open the eyes of the Servants Team to see who He is calling to serve this year, for Him to go before them and prepare the hearts of those He is calling to hear His call, and for the teams to wait in hope, persevere in His strength and trust His timing and His provision.

Please pray for God’s provision of a new host church for the McKinney/Allen, Texas class.

Please pray for the Lord to reveal His called leader for the Associate Teaching Director role for the Murrysville, Pennsylvania, evening class and provide extra strength and guidance for the Teaching Director until this leader is in place. Pray for the Lord to continue to bring new people to join the study of His Word.

Please pray for the CBS ministry in the country of the day: Puerto Rico

Why Pray?

Prayer is the first CBS core value. We pray because:
- God tells us to pray
- Prayer builds our relationship with Jesus
- God responds to our prayers

CBS leaders frequently pray using the A.C.T.S. acrostic:
- Adoration or Praise
- Confession of Our Sins
- Thanksgiving for God's grace, mercy, and provision
- Supplication or Petition for our and others needs
